WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON SHELTER OPERATOR SERVICES Proposals due: April 26, 2021 @ 4:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Shelter Operator services for the County’s Supportive Housing Services program. Proposals must be received by 4:00 pm Monday, April 26, 2021. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
