Notice of Availability of Draft Action Plan Amendment (FY 2019-20) Programming of CDBG-CV 3 Funds for Citizen Comments City of Portland Action Plan Amendment FY 2019-20 The City of Portland’s draft Action Plan Amendment (FY 2019-20) programming the third allocation of CDBG funding largely for emergency shelters and emergency rent assistance is available for public comments. This round of funding referred to as CDBG-CV3 to be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus (COVID-19) was an allocation authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), Public Law 116-136, which was signed by President Trump on March 27, 2020, to respond to the growing effects of this historic public health crisis. The draft Action Plan Amendment (an amendment to Action Plan 2019-20) will be available on our website https://www.portland.gov/phb/consolidated-plan for public review and comments starting on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Public comments will be taken over a weeklong comment period ending on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
