Notice of Application for Allocation of Conserved Water CW-122 On January 29, 2021, Willamette Valley Land (WVL), c/o Paul Kuehne, PO Box 99, Lafayette, OR 97127, submitted an application for Allocation of Conserved Water under ORS 537.470. Certificate 16677 is for 0.32 cubic foot per second (CFS), 64.0 acre feet (AF) from Tualatin River for irrigation of 25.6 acres in Sec. 31, T1S, R4W, WM, with a priority date of August 4, 1941. WVL proposes to change the place of use to SESW in Sec. 32, T1S, R4W, WM. The conservation project proposes to convert from overhead sprinklers to drip emitters. The project proposes to conserve approx. 0.266 CFS, 61.7 AF. The applicant proposes to protect 25% (0.067 CFS, 15.4 AF) of the conserved water instream. Any party may provide written comments directly related to CW-122 within 20 days of the last date of publication of this notice, April 15, 2021. Comments should be sent to ACW Program, Water Resources Department, 725 Summer Street NE, Suite A, Salem, OR 97301-1266.
