CITY OF CORNELIUS NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE VIRTUAL MEETING The City of Cornelius Budget Committee and Cornelius Urban Renewal District, Washington County, State of Oregon will hold a Virtual Meeting to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. Please go to www.ci.cornelius.or.us for directions to join the meeting online. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 6:00 pm. If needed a second meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 6:00 pm. The City is using technology to make the meeting available to the public without increasing the risk of exposure to COVID-19. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget and State Revenue Sharing. Public comment will be heard for both the City’s budget and the URA budget during the meeting on April 28, 2021. This is a virtual meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may request to speak at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
