NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING There will be a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Columbia 9-1-1 Communications District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. This meeting will be held at the Columbia 9-1-1 Communications District, 58611 McNulty Way, St. Helens, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 22nd of April 2021 at 1:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Due to the State of Oregon’s order of social distancing, this meeting may be held virtually. For instructions on how to join the meeting please contact our Administrative staff at 503-366-6973. Instructions will also be posted on our website. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after the April 22nd meeting at the District office, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This notice is also published on the District’s website at Nancy J.
