To the above-named Petitioner, Monica Ferguson: In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby required to appear and answer the Motion for Order to Show Cause regarding Judgment Modification and Declaration in Support (Amended), filed against you in the above-entitled Court and cause on or before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the first publication of this summons. The date of first publication in this matter is March 24, 2021. If you fail timely to appear and answer, Respondent will apply to the above-entitled Court for the relief prayed for in his Motion, to-wit: Modifying the judgment previously entered in the above-entitled case, on December 23, 2011, relative to the following provisions: Custody, Parenting Time, and Child Support. Respondent seeks modifications as follows: A) The parties have agreed to joint custody of Camden, 15, and Jadyn, 10; B) Parenting Time should be changed according to the Parenting Plan (Exhibit 1), filed in the above-entitled Court; C) Based upon Respondent’s request to have custody of the above-named children, 50% of the time, Support should be changed to the amount of $353.00 per month, payable by Respondent to Petitioner, which is an amount presumed correct under Oregon Child support guidelines. Payment should be made to the Oregon Department of Justice, Child Support Accounting Unit; D) Child support should end when the last child reaches age 18, or if the child qualifies as a child attending school under ORS 107.108, age 21. NOTICE: READ THESE PAPERS CAREFULLY! The other party to this case has filed a request to change some of the terms of a previous judgment in this case. If you do not file the appropriate legal paper with the court in the time required, the other party may ask the court for a judgment against you that orders these changes.
