PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application is being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET RN-01-21, a request by Del Boca Vista LLC & Eastland Subdivision LLC to name an existing, platted right-of-way as NE Memory Lane. NE Memory Lane will measure approximately 1,000-feet in length, running east-to-west, that connects with NE Withycomb Road and is adjacent to Tax Lots 3410-2700, 3410-2701, 3410-2801, 3410-2601 and 3410-3000. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in the Yamhill County Rural Addressing Ordinance 381, as amended. Interested persons may respond in writing by 5 p.m., April 29, 2021, to comment on, or to request the above application be considered at a public hearing.
