NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING on April 20, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing on the proposed use of State Revenue funds for the 2021-2022 budget for the City of Madras, State of Oregon; for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be held at the Madras City Hall in Council Chambers. This hearing is the first of two hearings and will take place on April 20, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed State Revenue use of funds in relation to the entire budget. In order to help limit the spread of COVID-19, the City of Madras is offering this meeting via Zoom and teleconference. A Zoom/teleconference moderator will be available to assist remote users. There is limited seating available in Council Chambers, so if members of the public would like to attend the meeting in person, they must make prior arrangements with the Accounting Technician by calling 541-475-2344. You can make public comments via teleconference during the meeting, or by providing a written response by 5 PM Monday, April 19, 2021 to Teleconference details are posted on the City of Madras website: Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes.
