NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING on April 12, 2021 5:30 – 6:30pm

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Scappoose School District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, will be held at 33589 SE High School Way, Scappoose OR 97056. The meetings will take place on April 12, 2021 5:30 – 6:30pm (work session), April 19, 2021 5:30 – 7:30 PM, May 3, 2021 5:30 – 7:30 PM, May 10, 2021 5:30 – 7:30PM (if necessary), 5/17/2021 5:30 – 7:30PM. The purpose of the April 19, 2021 meeting is to receive the budget message. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. A separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting to comment on the proposed budget with the Budget Committee. The meeting for public comment will be on May 3, 2021 at 5:30 pm. All meetings will be held at 33589 SE HIGH SCHOOL WAY Scappoose OR 97056, unless mandated social distancing prevents in person meetings, meetings will then be held via Zoom. Zoom login will be provided on the Scappoose School District website at: www.scappoosek12.org. A copy of the budget document will be available for review on April 19, 2021 at www.scappoosek12.org or 33589 SE High School Way Scappoose OR 97056, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
