AMENDED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE A default has occurred under the terms of a Trust Deed made by Elizabeth A. Stein, Grantor, Robert A. Smejkal, Attorney at Law, the Trustee, and Donald E. Kernutt, Beneficiary, under that certain Trust Deed dated March 11, 2015 and recorded in the records of Multnomah County, Oregon on March 11, 2015 as Document No. 2015-025953. The above-described Trust Deed concerns the following described real property, to wit: LOT 94, BOTEFUHR TRACTS, COUNTY OF MULTNOMAH, AND STATE OF OREGON. Commonly known as 8234 SE 252nd Ave, Gresham, OR 97080. The Grantor is in default and the Beneficiary elects to foreclose the Trust Deed by reason of the following: failure to pay the entire balance of the Promissory Note which became due in full on February 11, 2019. By reason of the default, the Beneficiary has declared all sums owing on the obligation secured by the Trust Deed immediately due and payable, those sums being the principal amount of $25,191.58, plus interest at the rate of 12% per annum from November 22, 2019 until paid; plus amounts advanced by the Beneficiary, if any, pursuant to the Trust Deed or applicable law and attorney fees and foreclosure costs incurred.
