CITY OF WEST LINN CITY HALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING EQUPIMENT – WEST LINN, OREGON Proposals due: May 6, 2021 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Notice is hereby given that the City of West Linn, will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 p.m. May 6, 2021 at City of West Linn City Hall, Water Division, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon 97068 for the following: CITY HALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING EQUPIMENT – WEST LINN, OREGON The City of West Linn is seeking sealed proposals from firms qualified to provide underground utility locating services in accordance with State of Oregon revised statutes and administrative rules of the City’s Public Works Department. All sealed proposals for City Hall Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment will be received by mail delivered to West Linn City Hall, Attn: Lance Calvert, Public Works Director, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 until 2:00 PM. Alternatively, sealed proposals can be personally delivered and dropped in the City’s Utility Drop Box outside of City Hall at 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, OR 97068. Any bids delivered after 2:00 PM on May 6, 2021 will not be considered. Proposals shall be clearly marked City Hall Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment. Proposals shall be valid for sixty (60) days following the proposal opening. Any applicable plans, specifications and contract provisions may be downloaded and/or reviewed at no cost through the City of West Linn’s website at https://bids.westlinnoregon.gov/. To receive access to detailed project documents and any future addendums for this project, your company must be registered within the City’s bid management website and added to the plan holders list. Questions may also be submitted through the website. Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices, and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. No offer will be received or considered unless the proposer is registered with the Construction Contractor’s Board. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal to be forfeited to the Owner in the event of a breach of contract. A one hundred percent (100%)performance bond will be required to guarantee the faithful performance of the contract. A one hundred percent (100%) payment bond will be required to guarantee the faithful payment of lien holders and subcontractors etc. All proposals shall be submitted on the prescribed form and in said manner as indicated in the proposal documents. The City may reject any Offer not in compliance with all prescribed Public Contracting procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause all Offers upon the Contracting Agency’s finding that it is in the public interest to do so, or may waive immaterial informalities and irregularities.
