PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Special Meeting Wednesday, April 28, 2021 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 A public hearing will be held at this meeting regarding the following applications: Case File # LU-0005-2021. The applicant is seeking a Type III Conditional Use Permit Modification to provide upgrades to its existing telecommunications pole. The proposed upgrades will introduce mounting larger than the existing canister of the equipment pole. There will be no changes to the ground area with this project. Housing Needs Analysis Adoption. This is a Type IV application to adopt the Housing Needs Analysis completed in 2019. This meeting is open to the public.
