NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE OCHOCO NATIONAL FOREST The Lobo TP Decks Sale is located within Sections 10, 15, 16, 21, 22, 27, T. 15 S., R. 24 E. Surveyed, Willamette Meridian, Crook County, Oregon. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids in public at Supervisor’s Office, Prineville, Oregon at 10:00 AM local time on 05/03/2021 for an estimated volume of 135 CCF of Softwood Other grn bio cv marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Ochoco National Forest, Supervisor’s office, 3160 NE 3rd St. Prineville, OR 97754, 541-233-9138 or visit http://www.fs.usda.gov/goto/centraloregon/timbersales. At this time, our front office is closed and Prospective bidders will need to download the bid form from the Ochoco National Forest website http://www.fs.usda.gov/goto/centraloregon/timbersales. Bids can be submitted by mail to the PO Box address listed below or delivered by hand. Bids delivered by hand shall be placed in the plainly marked mailbox in front of the Ochoco National Forest Supervisors office the day of the auction; please do not hand bids to Forest Service Employees. No hand delivered bids will be received after 05/03/2021 at 10:00 AM local time. Bids sent through U.S. Postal Service Express Mail next Day Service shall be postmarked two (2) working days prior to bid opening. Bidding results will be posted on the website one week after bid opening. Contract award will be delayed up to one week to ensure all bids submitted by mail have been received.
