Notice of Public Hearing Annexation: Tax Lots 051W06C000400 & 800 (no address) (ANX 2020-03) On April 26, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing to hear annexation into city limits of 31.13 acres of territory (Tax Lots 051W06C000400 & 800) along the west side of Boones Ferry Road NE north of Hazelnut Drive (ANX 2020-03) and subdivision and development into the Dove Landing planned unit development (PUD) of 166 houses on 166 lots with several common area tracts and dedication of 8.32 acres of City/public parkland through Tracts I & K. Because of coronavirus, though the hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon, the hearing will be remote/teleconference/virtual and the building will remain closed to the public.
