NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BUDGET COMMITTEE CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO BUDGET FOR 2021-23 Nature of Hearing A public hearing on proposed uses for the State Shared Revenues will be held virtually. The City has made avenues available for the public to livestream this meeting. The hearing will take place on April 28, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Budget Committee meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the State Shared Revenues with interested persons. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 22, 2021 in the Finance Office at 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, OR between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Staff Contacts Inquiries regarding the public hearing procedures and proposed State Shared Revenue Uses may be directed to Shawn Cross, Finance Director, 503-697-7413. How to Comment Instructions for public comment will be posted at http://www.lakeoswego.city/boc_bc. This is public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may virtually appear at the meeting and discuss the State Shared Revenue Uses. Time Limits on Testimony The purpose of time limits on testimony is to provide all interested persons with an adequate opportunity to present and respond to testimony while at the same time ensuring that the hearing can be conducted in an efficient and expeditious manner.
