NOTICE OF INTENT

NOTICE OF INTENT KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that reference is hereby made to the property sold under a Land Sale Contract dated March 27, 1980, wherein Jack D. Urie and Rosemary Urie were sellers and Anthony P. Gonzales and Stephanie A. Gonzales were buyers. A Memorandum of Contract of Sale was recorded in the Jefferson County land records on March 31, 1980, as Document No. 136485. The property is more particularly described as follows: West Half of Government Lot 2, Section 31, Township 13 South, Range 13, East of the Willamette Meridian, Jefferson County, Oregon. A Quit Claim Deed assigning the vendee’s interest of Stephanie A. Gonzales to Anthony P. Gonzales was recorded in the Jefferson County land records on March 26, 1992, as Document No. 920831. The final payment satisfying the sales contract was made in December 1999. Upon payoff the sellers’ failed to record a deed of conveyance. It is buyers’ intent to enforce delivery of the deed of conveyance through the statutory procedure provided in Oregon Revised Statute 93.285 (ORS 93.285). Pursuant to the statutory requirements a Notice of Intent to enforce the contractual requirement for delivery of a deed of conveyance was recorded in the Jefferson County land records on March 8, 2021, as Document No. 2021-1080. Any objection to the enforcement of the delivery of the deed of conveyance to buyers through this statutory procedure needs to be made pursuant to ORS 93.285 on or before July 5, 2021, to Megan I.
