NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS File Number: DCA07-2021 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS: On May 5, 2021, the Molalla Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting, starting at 6:30 p.m., to consider an amendment to the City’s Comprehensive Plan regarding an update to the Water System Master Plan. On May 26, 2021, the Molalla City Council will also conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting, starting at 6:30 p.m., to consider an amendment to the City’s Comprehensive Plan regarding an update to the Water System Master Plan. A copy of the Ordinance for the City Council hearing will be available at City Hall on or before May 19, 2021. It will be available for inspection at no cost and copies can be provided at a reasonable cost. You may attend, offer testimony, or seek information at the hearing. Any correspondence received in advance of the meeting will be forwarded to the hearing body. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the 4:00 p.m. the day of the hearing and should be addressed or emailed to: Gerald Fisher, Public Works Director, PO Box 248, Molalla OR, 97038, gfisher@cityofmolalla.com; note that email is preferred, and please ensure your name and address are included in the written testimony. After the public hearing closes, the City will issue its decision. The decision will be mailed to the applicant and anyone else who submitted comments or is legally entitled to notice. Failure to raise an issue at the hearing, in person or by email/letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the City Council an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue.
