NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Canby School District No. 86, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year, July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Due to statewide coronavirus restrictions and in keeping with the efforts of social distancing to reduce the spread of the virus, this meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Public comments may be submitted by email to the following email address: kamela.davis@canby.k12.or.us. All public comments need to be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on May 3, 2021. Comments will be presented to the Budget Committee at their meeting that evening. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 3, 2021, at the District Office of the Canby School District, 1130 S.
