NOTICE OF MT. ANGEL CITY COUNCIL HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 3rd, 2021, 7:00 p.m., the Mt. Angel City Council will hold a legislative public hearing virtually via an online Zoom meeting on Legislative Amendment 2021-01 to update the Mt. Angel Development Code and Subdivision Ordinance. The proposed amendments are general, ‘housekeeping’ code amendments to the following sections of the Mt. Angel Development Code and Mt. Angel Subdivision Ordinance: – MADC Sections 1.1, 1.7, 1.11, 2, 3.3, 4, 10.5, 11.15, 16.4 – MASO Sections 6.1, 6.2, 8.1 Anyone desiring to speak for or against the proposal may do so in person or by representative at the hearing. Written comments may be filed prior to the public hearing with the City of Mt. Angel. Seven days prior to the public hearing the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost. Copies will be available for a minimal cost. The location of the hearing is accessible to the disabled. If you need special accommodations to attend or participate in the hearing, please notify City Hall 24 hours before the meeting.
