NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Tualatin Development Commission will hold a public hearing on April 26, 2021, at 7 pm in a virtual meeting and also available at the Juanita Pohl Center, 8513 SW Tualatin Rd, Tualatin, Oregon 97062, for the purpose of taking comments on the Commission’s draft findings for a contract-specific special procurement under ORS 279B.085 regarding amending the Leveton Tax Increment Finance District. Prior to the hearing, any person may review the draft findings or file written comments at the City Offices at 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave, Tualatin, OR 97062. A copy of the staff report and the draft findings addressing this issue will be available no later than April 20 for inspection at no cost, and copies will be provided at reasonable cost.
