WOOD CHIP REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL

CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON WOOD CHIP REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL Bids due: May 11, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for the Wood Chip Removal and Disposal Project will be received by mail delivered to West Linn City Hall, Attn: Jeff Randall, Streets Operations Supervisor, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 11, 2021. Alternatively, sealed proposals can be personally delivered and dropped in the City’s Utility Drop Box outside of City Hall. Bids delivered after 2:00 PM on said date will not be considered. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms shall be delivered no later than 4:00 PM on the same day. Bids shall be publicly opened and read through a virtual bid opening on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Details regarding the virtual opening of bids shall be posted within the City’s bid management system no less than five days prior to the bid opening. Bids shall be clearly marked Wood Chip Removal and Disposal Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days following the bid opening. This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. This Wood Chip Removal and Disposal project requires the loading, hauling, and disposal of debris (chips) located at Mary S. Young State Park in West Linn, Oregon. Approximately 8000 CY of debris are to be removed and disposed of at a permitted facility in accordance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulations. The project specifications and contract provisions may be downloaded and/or reviewed at no cost through the City of West Linn’s website at http://bids.westlinnoregon.gov/. To receive access to detailed project documents and any future addendums for this project, your company must be registered within the City’s bid management website and added to the plan holders list. Questions should be submitted through the bid management website. The City shall consider no bid unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor Board and the bidder has complied with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. The City of West Linn reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award for 90 days, to delete certain items from the bid, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
