NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING ON STATE SHARED REVENUE A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Hubbard, Marion County, State of Oregon, where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. The meeting will take place on May 4, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and budget document, and to receive comment from the public on the proposed budget and use of State Revenue Sharing funds. A second meeting will take place on May 25, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., if needed. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 29, 2021, via the City’s website: https://www.cityof hubbard.org. Consistent with COVID-19 public health policies and advisories, the City of Hubbard will arrange for electronic methods of public participation in the meeting. This meeting will be held via Zoom. This is to enable interested citizens to listen to the meeting. Except for the public hearing portion of the meeting, all public comment is suspended during this meeting due to platform restrictions.
