Newberg Comprehensive Plan, Development Code, Northwest Newberg Specific Plan, Springbrook Oaks Specific Plan and Springbrook Master Plan Amendments (Legislative): Consider a City proposal to amend the Newberg Comprehensive Plan, Development Code, Northwest Newberg Specific Plan, Springbrook Oaks Specific Plan and Springbrook Master Plan related to duplex regulations to comply with HB 2001. Comprehensive Plan Update – Stormwater Master Plan (Legislative): Consider a City proposal to update the Comprehensive Plan, IX. 2021 Water Master Plan.
