Tigard Water District Notice of Public Hearing on the Proposed FY 2021-2022 Budget The Tigard Water District will hold a Public Hearing on its proposed Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget during its Board of Commissioners Meeting on May 11, 2020 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held via Virtual Conference. Go to www.tigardwaterdistrict.org for directions to join the meeting online. The proposed budget will be available to the public on April 29, 2021 at the Tigard Public Library and on the District website www.tigardwaterdistrict.org. This budget has been prepared on accrual based accounting principles as in prior years. The 2021-2022 Budget expects revenue from the District’s share of water revenues in its boundaries to be $226,614 which is a slight increase over last year’s budget amount. Interest earnings are expected to decrease to $3,457. The District receives no other significant revenues. The District’s budget requirements are expected to be $71,058 for Materials and Services and $10,586 for Contingencies. This compares to $69,930 and $10,490 respectively in the 2020-2021 Budget.
