CITY OF WOODBURN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 10, 2021, 7:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 270 Montgomery St., Woodburn, OR, regarding the City declaring certain city owned property as surplus property and authorizing the city administrator to solicit the sale of said property. The proposed uses for the property and reasons that the City Council is considering its sale are set out in the staff report that will be a part of the May 10, 2021 agenda. The property being considered is identified below, based on Marion County Assessor Property Record information. Marion County Assessor Property Records *Lot to sub-divided from total of 7.3 Acres prior to sale of property This meeting will be conducted remotely by video conferencing.
