CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON 2021 ROAD PROGRAM (PW-20-09) Bids due: May 26, 2021 @ 5:00 pm INVITATION FOR BID Sealed bids for the City of West Linn 2021 Road Program will be received at West Linn City Hall night drop box, Attn: Erich Lais, P.E., Assistant City Engineer, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 until 5:00 PM, May 26, 2021. Bids received by the correct date and time shall be publicly opened and the bid price read virtually on May 27 at 2:00 PM. Bids received after 5:00 PM on May 26 will not be considered. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms shall be delivered to City Hall no later than 4:00 PM, May 27. Details regarding the virtual opening of bids shall be posted within the City’s bid management system no less than five days prior to the bid opening. Bids shall be clearly marked 2021 Road Program (PW-20-09). Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days following bid opening. This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. This street improvement project generally includes: general excavation for widening, full depth reclamation with cement treated subgrade, and asphalt paving. This work needs to be completed by September 1, 2021. The project plans, specifications and contract provisions may be reviewed at no cost through the City of West Linn’s website at http://bids.westlinnoregon.gov/ If you wish to receive any future addendums for this project please login to the City’s bid management website and add your company to the plan holders list. Questions may also be submitted through the website. The City shall consider no bid unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor Board and the bidder has complied with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. The City of West Linn reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award for 90 days, to delete certain items from the proposal, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
