CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO LAKE OSWEGO, OREGON TENNIS CENTER RENOVATION ESTIMATE $1,000,000 Bids due: June 3, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION FOR BIDS WORK ORDER #296 Sealed Bids for Work Order #296 Tennis Center Renovation for the City of Lake Oswego will be received by the City’s Project Manager, Bruce Powers, at the Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Bid Closing Time on Thursday, June 3, 2021, and then will be publicly opened and read. Bids will not be accepted after the Bid Closing. Bidders must submit a Bid security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their Bid. SCOPE OF WORK: The Work consists of the the renovation and addition to the Lake Oswego Tennis Center. Project Substantial Completion shall be 244 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion shall be 21 calendar days from Substantial Completion. The Contract Documents may be reviewed, examined, and copies obtained at the Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Copies may be obtained: — In person during business hours from Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.00; — By mail to Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Office above, or upon request (phone: 503.675.2549), upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.00, and additional $10.00 to cover postage and handling. — At local Plan Centers; and — Online from the City Planholder’s website, by downloading the Contract Documents at www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/ To download the Contract Documents, and to receive all notifications, addenda, and view the Planholder’s list, a person or company must create an account and add its individual name or company to the Planholder’s list at www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/. The Contract will be for a Public Works/Public Improvement project subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 (and Federal minimum wage rate requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act – 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148). (Because the City’s estimate of contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:00 pm local time, on the date for receipt of Bids.) A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11am, local time on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Lake Oswego Tennis Center, 2900 Diane Drive, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. A project site tour will be conducted after the Conference. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders attending the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. If a Bid is submitted by a Bidder having not attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference, it will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
