Bids will not be accepted after the Bid Closing. Bidders must submit a Bid security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their Bid. SCOPE OF WORK: The Work consists of the the renovation and addition to the Lake Oswego Tennis Center. Project Substantial Completion shall be 244 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion shall be 21 calendar days from Substantial Completion.
