PUBLIC NOTICE AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing building located at 545 Northeast 47th Avenue, Portland, Multnomah County, OR 97213. The modifications will consist of the collocation of antennas at approximately 59 feet above ground level (measured to the top of the antennas) on the 46-foot building.
