NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING The Clackamas County Development Agency Budget Committee will hold a public meeting to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, on May 24, 2021, starting at 8:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to deliberate on the proposed budget. Public comment will be taken during this meeting. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on the Clackamas County website after May 14, 2021. A copy of the budget document may also be inspected after May 14, 2021, at 2051 Kaen Road, Oregon City, OR, 97045, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. During the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, your Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is maintaining public awareness efforts. While social distancing practices are occurring, the BCC is holding meetings both virtually, via Zoom, and in-person, in the Public Service Building, located at 2051 Kaen Road, Oregon City. There is a limit of twelve (12) guest seating spaces available in the main room and an overflow room is available.
