The applicant proposes to move the points of diversion within Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM and to change the place of use to Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM. Certificate 54224 allows the use of 0.69 cfs from the Pudding River in Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM for irrigation in Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM. The applicant proposes to move the point of diversion within Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM and to change the place of use to Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM. Certificate 54225 allows the use of 1.09 cubic feet per second from a well in Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM for irrigation in Sec. 29, T3S, R1E, WM, and supplemental irrigation in Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM. The applicant proposes to move the point of appropriation to Sects. 29 and 30, T3S, R1E, WM and to change the place of use to Sec. 30, T3S, R1E, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000.
