NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held before the City of Beaverton City Council at Beaverton City Hall in the Council chambers, located at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon, on Tuesday, June 15, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. on the following: Review and adoption of the City of Beaverton Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2021-22 through 2030-31. The CIP lists the public infrastructure improvements for civic, transportation, water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer prioritized according to the year(s) they will be funded. Project descriptions, cost estimates and location maps are provided for projects proposed for FY 2021-22. Oregon Law typically requires the City to permit any person to appear in person to ask questions about and comment on the proposed Capital Improvements Plan. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the City will no longer permit members of the public to attend in person. Persons interested in participating may provide written comments at least 24 hours in advance of this public meetings by emailing the Engineering division at, with the subject line of Capital Improvements Plan 21-22. The current draft is available at The City Council invites testimony from interested residents on this matter. Public hearings are conducted in accordance with adopted procedures for these hearings.
