Terrace, Landscaping & Site Improvements at Central Library SUMMARY: The County is seeking Proposals from experienced firms to complete the New Terrace, Landscaping and Site Improvement Project (the Project) at the Central Library RFP AVAILABILITY: To access the Sourcing Event, visit https://multco.us/purchasing/bids-proposal-opportu nities then scroll down for new business opportunities. Suppliers will need to register at this portal in order to submit a bid. Bids are accepted until, but not after, 2:00PM on the close date of the Sourcing Event. PRE-QUALIFICATIONS OF PROPOSER/BIDDER may be required pursuant to the Multnomah County Public Contract Review Board Rule 49-0220. See Specifications for project classes of work. Prequalification applications shall be submitted through Purchasing, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Suite 125, Portland, Oregon 97214. Applications may be obtained at our office or can be downloaded from our website at https://multco.us/purchasing. Pre-qualification applications must be received by, or postmarked to, Purchasing no later than 10 days prior to the bid closing date. All proposers must comply with the requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C 800-870, or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276(a) if applicable. No proposal will be considered unless proposer is registered with the Construction Contractors Board as required by ORS 701.055 or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a surety bond, certified check, or a cashiers check payable to Multnomah County for the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the aggregate bid. Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and to reject any or all proposals or to cancel the solicitation if Multnomah County finds it is in the public interest to do so.
