PORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT THE CAROLYN MOORE WRITERS’ HOUSE RENOVATION Bids due: June 2, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID SOLICITATION NO: P&CC21-005-ITB Portland Community College (PCC) is soliciting bids for residential contractor services for The Carolyn Moore Writers House Renovation. The project includes home maintenance and accessibility upgrades for an existing 2,882 sq. foot log home built in 1997. PCC has a ROM budget of $230,000 (-10% / +25%) without additive alternates. Detailed information is available in the full ITB. This is a public works contract subject to the payment of prevailing wages under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic only emailed proposals will be accepted.
