NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING The Clackamas County Budget Committee will hold a public meetings to discuss the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 Proposed Budget (for the period of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022), on May 25, 2021, from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive the budget message and deliberate on the FY 2021-22 Proposed Budget. Additional meetings of the Budget Committee will take place on May 26-27, 2021, and if necessary, on Friday, May 28, 2021, beginning at 8:30 am. Public comment will be taken on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 5:30 pm. Any person may discuss the proposed program budgets with the Budget Committee during this time. Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 Proposed Budget information may be inspected or obtained on the Clackamas County website on or after May 14, 2021. A copy of the budget document may also be inspected on or after May 14, 2021, at 2051 Kaen Road, Oregon City, Oregon 97045, by appointment only, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday – Thursday. During the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, your Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is maintaining public awareness efforts. While social distancing practices are occurring, the BCC is holding meetings both virtually, via Zoom, and in-person, in the Public Service Building, located at 2051 Kaen Road Oregon City. There is a limit of twelve (12) guest seating spaces available in the main room and an overflow room is available.
