Notice of Preliminary Determination for Water Right Transfer T-13425 T-13425 filed by Stephen A. Koch, 27815 S Elisha Rd, Canby, OR 97013, proposes additional points of appropriation under Certificates 51320 and 52594, additional points of appropriation and a change in place of use under Certificate 94707, a change in point of appropriation and change in place of use under Certificate 68611. Certificate 51320 allows the use of 0.59 cubic foot per second (cfs) from a well in Sec. 24, T4S, R1E, WM for irrigation in Sec. 24. Certificate 68116 allows the use of 0.115 cfs from a well in Sec.24, T4S, R1E, WM for irrigation in Sec. 24. The applicant proposes additional points of appropriation in Sects. 23 and 24, T4S, R1E, WM and to change the place of use within Sec. 24, T4S, R1E, WM. Certificate 94707 allows the use of 594 gallons per minute from two wells in Sec. 24, T4S, R1E, WM for irrigation in Sects. 23, 24, and 25, T4S, R1E, WM. The applicant proposes additional points of appropriation in Sects. 23 and 24, T4S, R1E, WM and to change the place of use within Sects. 24 and 25, T4S, R1E, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000. Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or standing statement within 30 days after the last date of newspaper publication of this notice, May 26, 2021.
