CLACKAMAS RIVER WATER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CLACKAMAS RIVER WATER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF 2021 WATER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGE NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Clackamas River Water Board of Commissioners at 6:00 pm, on Thursday, June 10, 2021, via Zoom Teleconference. At the hearing, the Board of Commissioners will receive feedback and take action on the proposed water system development charges methodology, and the proposed rates for fiscal year 2022. If approved by the Board of Commissioners, the new 2021 Water SDCs will go into effect on July 10, 2021. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed Water SDC methodology and rates. Oral testimony should avoid repetition of issues.
