PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Per MDC Chapter 18.80.110(3), the City of Madras Planning Commission will be holding Public Hearings to receive testimony on the Subdivision application that was submitted by SGS Development, LLC for a Quasi-judicial, 202-lot subdivision on Taxlot 100 on Jefferson County Assessor’s Map No. 11-13-11CA and on Taxlot 105 on Jefferson County Assessor’s Map 11-13-11. The subject properties are zone Single Family Residential (R-1). The file for this matter is SD-21-2. STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA: This land use application will be reviewed using the criteria contained Madras Development Code (MMC) Chapter 18.15 – Land Use Zones, Chapter 18.20 – Public Improvement Standards, Chapter 18.25 – Supplementary Standards, Chapter 18.60 – Land Divisions, Replats, and Property Line Adjustments, and Chapter 18.80 – Administrative Provisions.
