NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EXEMPTION FROM THE COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUIREMENT Portland Public School District No.1J, Multnomah County, (District) has scheduled a public hearing at 2:00 PM on June 16, 2021 via teleconference. Call in information is as follows: United States: +1 (661) 527-3145 Access Code: 866 644 400# This public hearing is for the purpose of taking comments on the District’s draft Findings in support of an exemption from the Competitive Bidding Requirement for the following work: Bond-Funded Classroom Backbone Infrastructure Modernization Project, which will improve and expand the learning technology in the District’s classrooms and common areas. The District intends to compete this work using the Request For Proposals (RFP) Alternative Contracting Method as per the District’s Public Contracting Rules PPS-49-0600 through PPS-49-0690.
