PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 to consider the following: Text Amendment – Code Update Record number 217-21-000414-PLNG Crook County (applicant) is requesting a Text Amendment to amend Crook County Code Titles 17 (Subdivisions) and 18 (Zoning) The purpose of the proposed Text Amendment is to provide clarification, apply consistent language throughout the code, and align code language with state statutes, the County’s comprehensive plan and County policies. The hearing is being held pursuant to Crook County Code 18.172. Written testimony may be submitted to the Crook County Community Development Department, 300 NE 3rd Street, Room 12, Prineville, Oregon 97754, prior to 4:00 p.m. on June 16, 2021 or at the hearing.
