METRO PARKS AND NATURE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES Proposals due: June 10, 2021 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 3913 The Parks and Nature Department of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting proposals for Residential Property Management Services. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., June 10, 2021, at the BidLocker website (link in the RFP Document). The property manager shall assume day to day responsibilities, including managing, maintaining, controlling, renting and leasing the properties in Metro’s portfolio of single family rental homes with existing tenants, in compliance with Oregon Landlord Tenant Law (ORS 90), any other federal, state and/or local jurisdiction laws or regulations, and Metro Code.
