NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SCHEDULED ON A PROPOSED CLACKAMAS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR) TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (HDR) AND CORRESPONDING ZONE CHANGE FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MR-1 ZONE) TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (HDR ZONE) The Clackamas County Planning Commission (PC) and the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will hold public hearings to consider a proposed Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment from Medium Density Residential (MDR) to High Density Residential (HDR) and corresponding zone change from Medium Density Residential MR-1 zone to High Density Residential HDR zone, to facilitate future multi-family development (subject to a separate Design Review land use approval process).
