CITY OF WEST LINN PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FILE NO. VAR-21-04 The West Linn Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on June 16, 2021 at 6:30 pm to consider a Class II variance to allow a swimming pool to be located within the rear and side-yard setbacks of 2182 Tannler Drive. The Planning Commission will decide the application based on criteria in Chapters 12 and 75 of the Community Development Code (CDC). The approval criteria from the CDC are available for review on the City website or at City Hall and the City Library. The application is posted on the City’s website, https:// variance. Alternatively, the application, all documents or evidence relied upon by the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at City Hall at no cost. Copies may be obtained at reasonable cost. The staff report will be available for inspection at no cost, or copies may be obtained at a reasonable cost, at least 10 days before the hearing. The hearing will be conducted following the rules of CDC Section 99.170. Anyone wishing to present written testimony for consideration shall submit all material before noon on June 16, 2021.
