NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on June 9, 2021 via Zoom video conference. The purpose of the Hearing is to consider an application for a Variance to side yard setback requirements on behalf of Windy Cobos for a manufactured home she intends to site on her property at 820 Wilson Avenue. The property is legally described as Tax Lot 2412 of Assessor’s Map 11S-13E-28DA. The Property is planned and Zoned R-1 which requires side yard setbacks of 10 feet or more. The applicant is requesting a Variance to allow for five feet between the dwelling and the adjacent alley and six feet between the dwelling and the north property line. The application meets the required front and rear yard setbacks in the R-1 Zone. All interested are urged to attend.
