PUBLIC NOTICE The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an ordinance entitled IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING CHAPTER 8.16 OF THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CODE PERTAINING TO OPEN BURNING AND SMOKE MANAGEMENT. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 9:30 AM, in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room. This will be the time and place for all interested persons to appear and present testimony on the proposed ordinance.
