METRO STORM WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT AT METRO SOUTH TRANSFER STATION Bids due: July 8, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 3941 Metro is inviting bids to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the storm water pump and Metro South Transfer Station. The selected Contractor shall replace the current pump system with a new pump system on rails per the ITB and accompanying construction documents. Work shall be done on weekend nights. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. July 8, 2021 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3941. Responses will be opened publicly at that time. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on June 22, 2021 at 9:00 am at Metro South, located at 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, no more than 10 people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Directions and RSVP information is included in the ITB. All bidders submitting a bid for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a. Solicitation documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) at http://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/ Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
