PUBLIC NOTICE The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors for Clackamas Fire District #1 will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021, at 5:00 pm. The Board will go into Executive Session at the beginning of the meeting per ORS 192.660(2)(d) to discuss labor contract negotiations. Regular meeting agenda items include a Supplemental Budget Hearing for the fiscal year 2020-2021 budget, a Budget Hearing for the fiscal year 2021-2022 budget; and requests for the board on the following: approval of a resolution to adopt and appropriate the supplemental budget for fiscal year 2020-2021, approval of a resolution to make appropriations and levy taxes for fiscal year 2021-2022, approval of the workers’ compensation renewal, approval to certify the election results for two directors to Clackamas Fire District #1, approval of an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with Hoodland Fire, and approval to update the Board Policy Manual to include information about district account signers. If needed, the regular monthly meeting will be followed by an Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(d) to discuss labor contract negotiations.
