Notice of Right of Way Vacation The City Council of the City of Sherwood will hear and consider objections to the matter of a proposed right-of-way vacation, located along the east side of Park Row Avenue and south up to SW Willamette Street, in Washington County, Oregon. The hearing will be at 7:00 PM on July 20, 2021 (First Reading) and August 3, 2021 (Second Reading if needed). The petition for the right-of-way vacation was received by the City of Sherwood Engineering Department on April 15, 2021, from Erik and Sarah Olson. Approval of the vacation request is being proposed by the Sherwood City Council, upon supporting recommendations from City staff. Pursuant to Executive Order 20-16, this meeting will be conducted electronically and will be live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/user/CityofSherwood. Pursuant to Executive Order 20-16, testimony for public hearings must be submitted in writing to CityRecorder@ Sherwoodoregon.gov. To be included in the record for the public hearing, the email must clearly state that it is intended as testimony, must reference the specific agenda item for which it is intended, and must be received at least 24-hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time. Pursuant to Executive Order 20-16, citizen comments must be submitted in writing to CityRecorder@Sherwoodoregon.gov.
