NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRINEVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION The Prineville City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the 6th day of July 2021, at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR. File Number: SUB-2021-100 Location: An 11.86 acre property at the end of NE Cobblestone Ct. east of the Stone Ridge Subdivision. Proposal: The applicant is proposing a 39 lot single-family residential subdivision with a dedicated park area, and a pedestrian connector trail to access existing City recreation trails. Any testimony shall be limited to and must address the standards and criteria relevant to development.
