NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT Dated: June 22, 2021 The following Notice of Intent to Award a Contract to Mohave Auto Parts dba NAPA Auto Parts through the use of an Interstate Cooperative Procurement is published in accordance with ORS 279A.220. Procurement Description: To establish a source of supply for certain auto, truck and bus parts as well as to provide Integrated Business Solutions services. Estimated Cost: $4,000,000 over a five year period. In accordance with ORS 279A.220, any company wishing to comment on this intent to use an Interstate Cooperative Procurement shall have seven days from the issuance of this Notice to do so. Comments must be filed in writing to the Purchasing Analyst. The Purchasing Analyst shall not consider any comments submitted after the timeline established in this Notice. Any comments must include sufficient information to identify this Notice of Intent to Award a Contract through the use of an Interstate Cooperative Procurement.
