In the Matter of the Estate of Alec R. Sears, Deceased. Notice is given of the following matters: (a) Mark Sears has been appointed as the Administrator of the above estate. (b) Any person or entity having claims against the estate are required to present them to the Administrator, in care of the Administrator’s attorney designated below, within four months after the date of first publication of this notice, or such claim may be barred. (c) Persons who believe they are an unknown heir of Alec R.
